Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.

1.2. The following services are eligible for refunds:

  • Standard software packages before deployment
  • Consulting services before work begins
  • Training services before the start date
  • Subscription services within the first 30 days

1.3. The following services are non-refundable:

  • Custom development projects once work has begun
  • Domain registration and hosting services
  • Services where deliverables have been provided
  • Third-party services and licenses

2. Refund Process

2.1. To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp with the following information:

Required Information:

  • Full Name
  • Order/Invoice Number
  • Service Purchased
  • Purchase Date
  • Reason for Refund
  • Proof of Payment

3. Processing Time

3.1. Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days of approval.

3.2. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

3.3. Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.

4. Refund Conditions

4.1. Partial refunds may be offered when:

  • Part of the service has been delivered
  • Resources have been allocated to the project
  • Third-party costs have been incurred

4.2. Full refunds are provided when:

  • Services cannot be delivered as specified
  • Technical issues prevent service delivery
  • Duplicate charges have occurred

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Subscription services can be cancelled at any time:

  • No refund for the current billing period
  • Service continues until the end of the paid period
  • No further charges after cancellation
